The sellers of this gear are not responsible in any way whatsoever for any accident or incident resulting in injury, death or property damage. Use at your own risk. There is no warranty or obligation expressed, implied, oral, or statuary by operation of law or otherwise, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or use regarding any equipment. All equipment is sold, serviced and/or repaired as is with all faults. User agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Sport Chutes Over Texas, Inc. and its agents for any claim or causes of action arising from any negligent or non-negligent use or operation by user of purchased items. DO NOT FLY CHUTES IN WINDS ABOVE 15 M.P.H. Purchaser indemnifies Sport Chutes and its employees and agents for any and all claims for personal injury or property DAMAGE BROUGHT BY any PURCHASER, person, or entity, including but not limited to third parties or third person whether or not Sport Chutes, Sport Chutes employees, and/or agents is negligent or strictly liable.
